JULIE TRUDEAU
Julie has worked for 25 years in the corporate world in which
she is recognized for her intrapreneur profile, her ability to rally people and
her insightful mind.
Throughout her
career, Julie has stood out for her natural talent for operations management
and strategic planning. Her corporate path combined with that of Stephan,
naturally led her to co-found Kairos, a consulting firm.
Julie wants to
convey her passion to young people. She has also taught economics and
entrepreneurship at Collège Sainte-Anne.
Julie's extensive
career enriches the quality of support for business leaders who may feel
overwhelmed by managerial responsibilities as well as more strategic issues and
the art of reconciling the two.
STEPHAN LACHANCE
Stephan has 25 years of experience as an information technology
project manager.
He has worked in the deployment, integration and operation of several
technological systems. He has been one of the PMI.org project management
professionals as a PMP since 2004.
He also obtained
his MBA in technology from the University of Quebec at Montreal in 2014.
Stephan is the
visionary of the team. Throughout his career, he is recognized for his
adaptability, rigor and tenacity. He has the reputation of being a conductor
who knows how to guide and coordinate his teams in order to deliver on
time.
It was in 2014,
following his MBA that Kairos took shape. The company will be co-founded in
2015 with its partner, Julie.
